Cash Advance: Cash Now is a personal money tracking and budgeting app built for manual entry. You can record accounts, transactions, income, expenses, transfers, and obligations to understand your current balance and upcoming financial pressure.
Manage multiple manual accounts and wallets, view their balances, the total balance, and a separate protected reserve. The home screen shows money on hand, protected funds, and the amount available for current spending.
Keep a transaction journal with income, expenses, refunds, and transfers between accounts, each with a date, category, and note. You can view details, add and edit entries, filter history, and undo mistaken actions. Transfers are tracked between two accounts without creating an extra income entry.
Plan ahead with scheduled income and money obligations. A calendar helps you see upcoming events, mark payments, and open related records. Forecasts for 7, 30, and 90 days are based on the data you enter, and a plan coverage indicator explains the relationship between money and obligations.
Set category budgets, review actual spending, see what remains, and open the transactions that match each category. Track savings goals with target amounts and progress, distribute money to goals, and keep a separate reserve for planned expenses.
Analytics include income and expense overviews, changes in balances, and spending breakdowns by category. These views are based on actual transactions, while future events are shown as planned.
The app includes local reminders for scheduled events that you can enable with operating system permission. You can export records to CSV and data to JSON. When restoring data, the app checks the file contents and requires explicit confirmation before replacing existing data; an invalid file does not change the current plan.
On first launch, you can review an introduction, explore a separate demo plan, or create a personal plan for your own records. The app also includes appearance and data settings, plus an About section with a support email address.
